Depositing on Stake: crypto or card

Stake runs on crypto. If you already hold some, a deposit is a two-minute job. If you do not, there is a card route that buys it for you. Both paths, without the jargon.

Our default is a stablecoin on a cheap network. Your balance does not swing with the market, and fees stay under a dollar.

Getting a wallet and buying crypto

  1. Open an account at a mainstream exchange and complete its identity check.
  2. Buy the coin you chose above with a card or bank transfer.
  3. You can send straight from the exchange to Stake; a separate wallet is optional.

Making the deposit

  1. On Stake: Wallet → Deposit → choose the coin and the network.
  2. Copy the deposit address, or scan the QR code on mobile.
  3. On the exchange: Withdraw → paste the address → select the same network → send.
  4. Stake credits the deposit after the network confirmations shown on screen.
The one mistake that loses money Sending a coin on the wrong network. If Stake shows USDT on Tron and you send USDT on Ethereum, the funds can be unrecoverable. Match the network on both sides every single time.

The card route

Stake’s deposit page offers a “buy crypto” option through a third-party processor. You pay by card, the processor buys crypto and delivers it to your Stake balance. It is the simplest path if you have never touched crypto, at the cost of a processor fee and an identity check on first use.

Your first deposit and the bonus

With code PACTBONUS on the account, the first deposit triggers the 200% welcome bonus: deposit $100, play with $300. Deposit what you would wager anyway; the bonus carries a wagering requirement explained on bonus terms. The 3.5% rakeback starts with your first bet either way.

Networks, explained once

A coin can travel on more than one network. USDT exists on Tron, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, BNB Chain and others; it is the same dollar token, but each network is a separate road, and a transfer sent down the wrong road does not arrive. Stake’s deposit page asks you to pick the network first and then shows an address for that network only. Your exchange asks the same question when you withdraw. Match them, every time, and deposits are boring. Mismatch them once and the money is usually gone.

Why stablecoins

A balance held in Bitcoin changes value while you sleep. A balance in USDT or USDC is a dollar today and a dollar next week. For a casino balance that is exactly what you want: the only variable should be the games. Stablecoins also make the welcome bonus easy to reason about, because $100 deposited is $100 matched, not an amount that shifts with the market before the bonus is credited.

Minimums and confirmations

Each coin has a minimum deposit shown on the deposit screen, typically a dollar or two. Below it the transfer may not be credited. Stake credits the deposit after a set number of network confirmations, shown next to the address; on Tron and Polygon that is a minute or so, on Bitcoin up to an hour when the network is busy. Deposits are not lost while confirming; they are simply in transit.

Getting money back out

Withdrawals are the same journey in reverse: Wallet → Withdraw → coin and network → your exchange deposit address. Sell on the exchange and withdraw to your bank. Keep the exchange account verified in advance; that verification, not Stake, is usually the slow step. Timings on deposits and withdrawals.

A word on records

Gambling winnings and crypto disposals are taxed differently in different countries, and selling crypto on an exchange is a taxable event in many of them regardless of where it came from. Keep the exchange statements. This is not tax advice; it is a suggestion to have the paperwork before anyone asks for it.

Common questions

Is there a minimum deposit?

Yes, and it varies by coin. It is shown on the deposit screen.

Can I deposit with a bank transfer directly?

Not directly. Buy crypto with the transfer at an exchange, or use the card route on Stake.

Does the bonus work on a card-route deposit?

Yes. The deposit lands as crypto in your balance and counts as your first deposit.

Which network should I use for USDT on Stake?

Tron (TRC-20) or Polygon. Both cost under a dollar and confirm in about a minute. Ethereum works but costs more.

What happens if I send on the wrong network?

The funds usually cannot be recovered by Stake or the exchange. Match the network on both sides before every transfer.
